1. Cancellation Window
Orders may be canceled within a limited timeframe after being placed.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of order confirmation
- After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled
Once an order enters the processing stage, cancellation requests are no longer guaranteed.
2. Order Changes
Customers may request changes to their order within the same 12-hour window.
Changes may include:
- Updating shipping address
- Correcting customer information
- Modifying item size, color, or quantity
All change requests are subject to availability and processing status.
3. Requests After Processing
If your order has already been processed or shipped:
- Changes or cancellations cannot be made

4. How to Request a Cancellation or Change

5. Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved:
- A full refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing time is up to 12 business days
No cancellation fees or processing fees will be applied.
6. Address Errors
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is submitted:
- Contact us immediately within the 12-hour window
- We cannot guarantee corrections once the order has been processed
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses may not be recoverable.
7. Refused or Undeliverable Orders
If an order is refused or deemed undeliverable:
- The package may be returned to us by the carrier
- Refunds may be issued after the item is received and inspected
- Original shipping costs may not be refundable
8. Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally place duplicate orders:
