1. Orders
How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our website, select your desired items (shorts, pants, tops, or jackets), add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase securely.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be changed.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you made an error in your shipping address, contact us within the 12-hour window. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder or contact support.
2. Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Delivery typically takes 2–6 business days, depending on your location and carrier.
What is the shipping cost?
We offer a flat shipping rate of $6.99 for all orders.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship orders via:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
Carrier selection depends on logistics and destination.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
What if my package is delayed?
Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high demand periods. Please monitor your tracking information for updates.
3. Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept:
- PayPal
- Venmo
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through secure third-party providers. Overgov does not store your payment details.
Why was my payment declined?
Payments may be declined due to insufficient funds, incorrect details, or security checks. Please verify your information or contact your payment provider.
4. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 60 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging.
How do I request a return?
To initiate a return:
- Email support@overgov.com
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Follow the return instructions provided
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 12 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Are there any return fees?
No. We do not charge restocking or processing fees. However, customers are responsible for return shipping.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order.
5. Order Issues
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue. We will review and resolve the matter promptly.
What if my package is lost or marked as delivered but not received?
If your package is lost, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
If marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly, as Overgov is not responsible for stolen packages.
6. General Information
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping availability depends on your location. If your address cannot be selected at checkout, we currently do not ship to that region.
Can I place multiple orders?
Yes. However, duplicate orders should be reported within 12 hours if placed by mistake.
