- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of your local court and will accept service of process from the original complainant
- Your electronic or physical signature

6. Repeat Infringers
Overgov maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or accounts that are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
7. Misrepresentation
Any person who knowingly submits false claims or counter-notifications may be subject to legal liability.
We reserve the right to pursue appropriate action against fraudulent or abusive claims.
8. Third-Party Content
Some content on our website may be provided by third parties.
While we are not responsible for third-party content, we will investigate and respond to all valid DMCA notices in accordance with this policy.
